Federal Government to Provide Single Parents With Loans to Buy Property

A reminder that eligible single persons with children may be entitled from 1 July 2021 to access the new Federal Government Scheme called the "Family Home Guarantee" whereby the Federal Government will provide loans to single parents that cannot get loans from the usual banks and other lenders.

The scheme creates an opportunity for single parents to get into the property market in circumstances where they previously may have struggled.
