Tracey is a senior family lawyer and mediator, having practised exclusively in family law since 2013. She holds a Masters in Applied Family Law and recently received her accreditation as a mediator in February 2022.

 

Tracey calls a spade and a spade for which her clients are grateful, and they appreciate her frank, practical advice without sugar coating. Tracey will tell what you need to hear, not what you want to hear which essential in achieving a swift, cost-effective outcome in family law matters. Tracey is, also very perceptive, caring and compassionate, bringing an understanding and empathic nature to handling your case, particularly those involving children’s and other sensitive issues. Tracey’s knowledge of the law in the family law practice area enables her to advise and represent clients in all aspects of family law matters, including divorce, property settlement, spouse maintenance, child support, and parenting matters. Tracey has acted in cases across a broad range of family law issues such as child recovery, relocation, inheritances, family violence and high net worth property matters involving complex financial arrangements, trusts, corporate entities and self-managed superannuation funds.

 

Tracey also has experience in Child Protection matters, advising private clients and appearing in the Children's Court.

OUTSIDE OF WORK

Tracey is an avid film and cinema buff and is actively involved in this arena in her free time. She recently executively produced the short film “Audio Guide” which was accepted into many local and international film festivals in 2019 and 2020 and is eligible for an Oscar in 2021. 

 

Tracey regularly donates her free time doing volunteer work the Sydney Film Festival and she also appeared in a professional industry DVD & Guide on “Courtroom Etiquette” which is used to train new practitioners.
